The Real Age of Rmkcapitalag.com | Domain details

According to official WHOIS data, the domain rmkcapitalag.com was created only in early 2026. This is a serious red flag, considering the broker claims to be an old and international company.

We’ve personally checked the web archives, and everything confirms the ironclad fact: the domain was created only on March 13, 2026, and was purchased for only one year.

Proof of the website’s recent registration date via WHOIS. 13/03/2026 created rmkcapitalag.com.

Regulation and Licensing | Exposed

The real company RMK Capital AG has existed for a long time, but rmkcapitalag.com simply stole its name (Clone Firm). The scammers appropriated the name of a real, existing Swiss private financial firm and launched a new website of an alleged broker.

The original company is registered at the address: Färberstrasse 4, 8832 Wollerau, CH (Canton of Schwyz), and it does not have a website. However, the new website rmkcapitalag.com even lists different contacts.

The scammers indicate their address: Seestrasse 18, 8702 Zollikon / Zurich. We personally checked the business directories (local.ch, search.ch) and maps, and there is no RMK Capital AG at this address near Lake Zurich.

Our team checked the official Swiss commercial register and RMK Capital AG is there (ID: CHE-372.184.389), but it was created in 2018 as a private investment firm – NOT a broker. Which means the new website operates illegally and without a brokerage license.

Official commercial register data for the real RMK Capital AG from Moneyhouse, proving the scam broker cloned a legitimate 2018 Swiss company.

Moreover, the website is made very crudely and unprofessionally, the contact page lists the email support@rmkcapitalLTD.com. This is a different domain and generally an abbreviation of Britain/Offshores, and not Switzerland as is claimed in other parts of the website.

The FCA in the UK, KNF in Poland, BaFin in Germany, and FINMA in Switzerland have no records of this platform. We checked each register three times, and a check by opencorporates.com also showed a negative result.

Trading Conditions | Terms

We analyzed the broker’s rates. They are divided into castes and, as we often encounter with similar illegal platforms, depend on the minimum deposit.

Basic tariff plans RMK Capital AG:

  • First Step ($100)
  • Basic / Forex & Commodities ($2,500)
  • Optimal / Stock Market ($10,000)
  • Premium / Indices & Hedge Funds ($50,000)
  • Exclusive / VIP Investor ($100,000)
  • Savings Account (9%–18% annually)

RMK Capital AG’s trading conditions are clearly unsuitable for beginners, with excessively high minimum deposits for access to trading. No legitimate international broker restricts access to Forex with such a high minimum deposit.

Screenshot showing the fraudulent trading conditions and account types of the clone firm rmkcapitalag.com, including fake deposit insurance and 18% guaranteed returns.

The absurdity of the trading conditions is off the charts and speaks only of the goal of luring naive traders with money by any means necessary, for example:

  • A “savings account” with a fixed return of 9-18% and monthly payments in dollars and euros is a sign of a Ponzi scheme; such rates are unrealistic in the Swiss market.
  • For plans starting at $50,000, the scammers promise “insurance for the entire deposit amount”—well, we hope the absurdity is clear.
  • For Premium and Exclusive plans ($50,000 – $100,000), rmkcapitalag.com promises access to arbitrage strategies, venture capital, and pre-IPOs. In reality, only institutional and qualified investors with capital of several million dollars have access to venture investments, not a new, fly-by-night website.

Warning: The lack of a license is a clear sign of fraudulent activity at this new broker. While reviewing their pricing policy and documentation, we noticed that information is not disclosed in accordance with European law. Numerous empty promises, complete anonymity, and typos in the documents. All trading conditions at rmkcapitalag.com are aimed at losing clients’ funds, and trading does not extend beyond the platform itself—the client trades against the broker; the b-book model is a scam, not real markets.

The footer lacks a warning about the risks of margin trading, nor any information about the platform’s owners or team. Trading fees are also unknown; the pseudo-broker simply didn’t consider it necessary to mention them.

The stated maximum leverage is 1:300, which violates European ESMA/MiFID II standards; it is too high and dangerous due to the rapid loss of capital and is prohibited in Europe.

Rmkcapitalag.com claims to be a broker of forex, cryptocurrencies, metals, indices, and stocks. The project provides no documentation or information about its liquidity providers. Instead, we see only generic marketing slogans and low-quality images taken from stock photo sites.

And in the pseudo-broker’s scant, template-based documentation, it is stated in fine print that rmkcapitalag.com has no real access to trading markets, that funds are transferred based on the voluntary execution of a private agreement, and that all disputes are resolved in the site’s favor.

I traded with rmk capital ag this spring until my account was blocked. Their manager, Anna, called me and tried to persuade me to deposit more funds, but then they deceived me. This is a fake company, everyone should know this.

rmkcapitalag.com is a scam. They scammed me in April for $340, and then kept calling and literally begging me to deposit the same amount to supposedly withdraw the funds and close the deal. After I refused, their managers blocked me and deleted my account. It’s a complete scam.
